  • Our Vehicle come with Chauffeur, Ice, and water. We do not provide alcohol but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

  • Our Sprinter vans are premium, customized vehicles designed for luxury corporate or VIP travel, featuring plush leather chairs, advanced climate control, high-end audio/video systems with 4K TVs, and onboard Wi-Fi. They also include mobile office amenities like tables, USB/power outlets, ambient lighting.

    Key Features and Amenities:

    • Seating & Comfort: Reclining leather captain's chairs in our executive vans with capacities ranging up to 14 passengers.

    • Technology & Connectivity: Multiple 4K smart TVs, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI inputs, and Apple TV.

    • Office/Workspace: 110V outlets, and USB ports at each seat.

    • Interior & Atmosphere: Soundproofing, ambient lighting, privacy blinds, hardwood or premium flooring, and high-capacity HVAC systems.

  • Hourly service is “As Directed” . The driver will go to any location that you tell them to during that time frame.

  • Yes we do allow food and any kind of beverages including alcohol.

  • Since our sprinter van is fully enclosed, insulated, and in a climate controlled environment, rain is never an issue and we will still show up for your trip. If we’re expecting significant snowfall, high winds or a severe storm that threatens the safety of our Chauffeurs or your guests, we hold the right to reschedule your trip at a later time. We will do our best to find a rescheduled time that works best for both you and us.

  • A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. There will be a cancellation fee for all trips cancelled within 7 days of your date. We will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary.

  • Due to our insurance policy, At this moment we only provide our vehicles with chauffeurs, they are not available for rental without one.

  • For one way trips we have a minimum base rate that we have to quote individually on a case by case basis, for hourly chauffeur service it is a minimum of 3 hours and we do not charge for stops but if you go over your pre-scheduled time you will be billed for the next hour according to our policy.

    Note: we do not accept personal checks or diner’s club cards.

  • No, smoking is not allowed. We maintain a fleet of 100 percent smoke-free vehicles in the US. We began this non-smoking policy to ensure that all our customers ride in a comfortable, clean car. A cleaning fee of up to $500 may be applied to the cost of a service, should this non-smoking policy be violated along with your trip being terminated immediately along with no refund.

  • All Final Quotes will include Tolls when applicable. Any gratuity is to be given directly to the driver.

  • At this time we do not offer car seats. You are more the welcome to bring your own as our vehicles do have seat belts but you will need to install them yourselves as our drivers do not.

  • We are so excited you are joining us for your ride! When you get to the confirmation email please take a minute to read through your ride description. If there are any last minute changes to your reservation we weed a notice before 24 hours of the schedule pick up time.

  • We provide you with a driver at any time on most days of the week, so please call us if you need an ad-hoc service on short notice. Same day and unscheduled services may be arranged by calling us directly. For best results, we recommend that you call at least 4 hours in advance.

  • Yes you can decorate the vehicle, we do not allow confetti and glitter, we also ask that you clean up afterwards

  • We accept cash and all major credit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp and Apple Pay are also available!

  • Gratuities are at the discretion of the passenger and can range between 15-20%. We do not collect tip in our invoice, we ask clients to give tip directly to their driver.

  • All vehicles are stocked with bottled water and ice packed within the built-in coolers, along with glassware and napkins. Customers are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages. Kegs are not permitted in any vehicle; however, alcoholic beverages are allowed as long as every passenger in the vehicle is over the age of 21.

  • Yes! We love when we have repeat clients that really hit it off with their chauffeur and wish to go with them again for the next service. Feel free to ask our office staff about who your last chauffeur was if you cannot remember his/her name.

  • Your reservation time begins with your initial pickup and ends with your final drop-off. The driver will wait outside or nearby at any location that we bring you to until the end of your trip.

  • We allow our clients a 15-minute grace period. This means that as long as your final drop-off is prior to 15 minutes past your scheduled drop-off time, there will be no additional charge. Should you reach the 15-minute mark, you will be charged for an additional hour of overtime at the hourly overtime rate stated on your contract (plus any gratuity you wish to add for the chauffeur).

  • Yes, please bring your own tunes to enhance your experience with us. All vehicles are equipped with Bluetooth and Apple TV that are available for use.
